Assistant Coach - Marcus Disbrow

Marcus Disbrow, a former standout-thrower for the Lock Haven University track & field program has been named the Bald Eagles new assistant coach for the men's and women's indoor and outdoor track & field teams. Disbrow will focus on coaching throwers as he looks to strengthen the program in the throwing events and continue The Haven's winning traditions.
 
Disbrow's time in Lock Haven was marvelous and he was a top thrower right from the start.
 
As the 2020 season rolled around, Disbrow came in as a volunteer coach and made an immediate impact on the throwers. He helped three throwers qualify for the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Outdoor (PSAC) Track & Field Championships. Megan Manglaviti improved dramatically, as she placed sixth the hammer throw.
 
As a student-athlete Disbrow finished his senior year 25^th in the nation in the Hammer throw. He finished his career second all-time in the hammer throw at LHU, as well as fourth all-time in the Discus throw.
