Sarah Gomish of the LHU Volleyball team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways/GoLHU.com Female’s Athlete of the Week.

Gomish led the way for a 1-1 week for the Bald Eagles.

On Friday, October 21 Gomish finished with 11 kills and added 12 digs in a loss at Millersville.

Gomish paved the road for the Bald Eagle offense in a huge upset victory over Central Division foe, Shippensburg. Gomish had a team high 12 kills and tacked on 22 digs in the upset bid. Gomish also had three block-assists on the week, one against Millersville and two in a huge victory over Shippensburg.
