Kristin Allen of the LHU women’s swimming team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways/GoLHU.com Female’s Athlete of the Week.

Allen was phenomenal at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championships swimming numerous personal bests.

She made the finals in the 200-yard backstroke where each race she took time off her personal best and finished 21^st with a time of 2:11.61.

Allen also qualified for the finals in the 200-yard fly where she had over a two second personal best swim and finished 23^rd overall.

In all Allen swam in four individual events and one relay over the four day Championships each swim she was a part of posted either a season or personal best mark.
