Box Score ELKINS, W.Va. – The Lock Haven University men's soccer team (2-2-1) fell to Davis & Elkins (5-1), 2-0 today on the road in non-conference action.

The matched showcased a pair of the Atlantic Region's top teams as D&E came in ranked No. 4 in the region, while LHU sits at No. 7.

Midway through the first half, Lock Haven was forced to play a man down after a red card, but the score remained 0-0 at halftime.

D&E struck twice early in the second half to secure the win. It was James Pucci, who scored two minutes apart in the 46th and 48th minute to give Davis & Elkins the important regional-win.

Haven goalie Chris Frederick (Woodsboro, Md./Walkersville) made five saves.

The Bald Eagles hit the pitch again on Friday, September 21 when they host West Virginia Wesleyan at 7 p.m.
