LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Former Lock Haven men's soccer student-athlete and assistant coach Chase Tackett has been named an assistant coach at NCAA Division I Lehigh University, the Lehigh Athletic Department announced on March 23.
"I am excited for Chase and very confident that Lehigh soccer made a great hire," Lock Haven head men's soccer coach
Patrick Long said. "Personally, I'm very appreciative to Chase and everything he gave Lock Haven soccer as a student-athlete and as a staff member to help move the program forward. We are proud of him and excited to see his continued growth as a Division I collegiate coach."
Tackett was a four-year standout for the Bald Eagles, where he earned First Team All-PSAC honors, United Soccer Coaches All-Region recognition, and helped guide The Haven to the NCAA Tournament in 2021.
