Box Score LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University men's soccer team dominated visiting Ohio Valley from the opening whistle and the Bald Eagles were rewarded with the 2-0 win.
The Bald Eagles (3-3-1) got goals from
Bobby Mohr (Erie, Pa./Cathedral Prep) and
David Qaisi (Lancaster, Pa./Conestoga Valley).
LHU completely dominated Ohio Valley (0-7) in every aspect of the match, including shots where The Haven held a lopsided 22-6 advantage.
Mohr put LHU up 1-0 in the 26th minute after his shot deflected past OVU goalie D'Arcy Turner.
Qaisi put Lock Haven up 2-0 in the 57th minute after he converted a penalty kick.

Brad Sumski (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin) and
Jonathan Howitt (Painted Post, N.Y./Corning Painted Post East) combined for three saves as the Bald Eagles recorded their fourth shutout of the year.
Defensively, LHU got a solid effort from everyone in the lineup.
Lock Haven returns to action on Friday, September 28 at 1:30 p.m. when they host Shippensburg in PSAC action.
