LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University men's soccer team (6-8-1) lost to No. 18 Urbana (10-2-1), 2-0 today in non-conference action.
Urbana got a goal in each half to lead the Blue Knights to victory.
Lars Blenckers scored in the 13
th minute and Alex Zanotti added a goal in the 64
th minute. Raoui Lassoued was credited with an assist on both goals.
LHU goalkeeper
Jonathan Howitt (Painted Post, N.Y./Corning-Painted Post East) made four saves to keep LHU in the game.
Jacob Oldaker (Elliottsburg, Pa./West Perry) had two shots for the Bald Eagles and
Troy Amspacher (Lancaster, Pa./Conestoga Valley), who came on as a second-half sub today added two shots, as the duo did all they could to spark the attack.
LHU heads to West Chester on Wednesday, October 21 (2:30 p.m.) for a crucial conference match.
