BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – The Lock Haven men's soccer team (5-6-3, 3-3-3 PSAC East) took to the road on Saturday night to visit Bloomsburg (10-2-1, 5-1-1 PSAC East) in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division battle, but the hosts grabbed the 3-2 victory.
The Bald Eagles struck quickly in the all-important conference match, when

th minute.
The Huskies responded emphatically with goals just over five minutes apart in the 20

Out of the break,
Samuel Hershey (Lancaster, Pa./McCaskey) found the equalizing goal in the 63
rd minute to knot things up at 2-2.
As was the story of the night, Bloomsburg once again wasted no time and found the eventual game-winning goal in the 67

Despite a hectic final 20 minutes which saw Lock Haven pressing forward, the Bald Eagles were unable to find the game-tying goal and Bloomsburg took home the conference victory 3-2.
Hershey and Swanson paced the offensive attack firing off four shots and three shots, respectively. The Bald Eagles outshot Bloomsburg 15-12 in total, but Husky goalkeeper Brady Rimple made seven important saves.
Dean Lewis (Belfast, Northern Ireland/Model Boys School), Swope,
Jamison Bohner (Selinsgrove, Pa./Selinsgrove) and
Jimmy Pombor (Williamsport, Pa./Williamsport) all turned in notable efforts for Lock Haven and each played the full 90 minutes on Saturday night.
