LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven baseball team and head coach Heath "Smoke" Stover are set to welcome the incoming recruiting class of 2023.
 
Stover and the Bald Eagles welcome 21 new student athletes to The Haven, all of whom have signed a National Letter of Intent, have been accepted and/or have enrolled at Lock Haven University.
 
"We are very fortunate here at the Haven to have a talented Baseball recruiting class that will add depth and have immediate impact to our program," Coach Stover said.
 
For the Bald Eagles, 2023 will mark the seventh year with Stover at the helm and the incoming group of Bald Eagles will look to make an immediate impact in the push for a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) playoff spot.
 
The Bald Eagles will look to improve on a 20-21 overall and 8-15 conference record from 2022. The Haven won 20 games for the first time since 2018.
