LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Lock Haven men's cross country standout
Jakob Rager has been named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week, the conference office announced on Tuesday afternoon (Oct. 14).
The honor is the first PSAC weekly award for the Bald Eagles this season.
The Bald Eagles, ranked No. 7 team in the Atlantic Region, finished second of 16 teams in the Highlander Invitational on Saturday morning (Oct. 11).
Leading the way for Lock Haven was Rager, who finished third after covering the 8,000-meter course with a blazing time of 24:49.9.

The Haven is off this weekend and has begun preparation for the 2025 PSAC Championship meet, which will take place on Saturday, Oct. 25 at Edinboro.
