LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven men's and women's cross country teams are set to host the 2025 NCAA DII Atlantic Region Championships at the West Branch Cross Country Course on Saturday, Nov. 8.

The Bald Eagle men are fresh off a fifth place finish out of 15 competing teams at the PSAC Championship meet on Oct. 25.
Brayden Frair and
Jakob Rager both finished in the top-15, earning First Team All-Conference honors. The Haven's finish was the best for the team since 2022 and it is the first time since 2021 that two Bald Eagles earned First Team All-PSAC honors.
Frair led the way for Lock Haven, finishing 7
th out of 154 finishers, after covering the 8,000-meter course in 25:06.7. Friar was the leading freshman finisher in the race. Rager also impressed, finishing 12
th with a time of 25:33.9. and earning him back-to-back First Team honors and his third All-Conference honors of his career.
The women placed 11
th out of 17 teams at the PSAC Championship, with
Kaydence Strange and
Katy Todd leading the way with top-50 finishes. Strange placed 35
th in 23:52.0 and Todd placed 43
rd in 24:04.4.

Athletes that qualify will next compete in the 2025 NCAA DII National Championships in Kenosha, Wisconsin on Saturday, Nov. 22 at Wisconsin-Parkside.
