Lacrosse announces recruiting class

The Bald Eagles have announced the addition of 10 student-athletes to the lacrosse program in 2026.

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven lacrosse team and 11th-year head coach Lindsay Reese have announced the addition of 10 student-athletes to the program in 2026.
 
The future Bald Eagles have all either signed a National Letter of Intent to compete at The Haven or have been accepted and/or are enrolled at Lock Haven.
 
"We are extremely excited about our incoming freshman class and our transfer student athlete," Reese said. "They are a very talented group on and off the field. They have the potential to make an immediate impact on our program, and we are excited to see how they mix in with our returners."
 
Meet the Newest Bald Eagles:
 
Katie Horwitz (Hershey, Pa./Lower Dauphin)
Position: Attack
Club: N/A
Intended Major: Health and Physical Education
Accolades: 2X All-District … First Team Attack … All-District Second Team Midfielder … 2025 Co-Offensive Player of the Year … 2025 MVP … Distinguished Honor Roll … Integrity Pride Award.
Why I chose Lock Haven: I loved the coaches and the lacrosse team but I also felt like Lock Haven was the best for me education wise and I felt at home on the campus.
 
Morgan McIntyre (Downingtown, Pa./Bishop Shanahan)
Position: Attack        
Club: Dynasty Elite  
Accolades: Pre Occupational Therapy         
Why I chose Lock Haven: When I stepped foot onto the campus, it felt like home. After meeting the lacrosse coaches and team, I knew this was the place I wanted to be the next four years.

Why I chose Lock Haven: I absolutely love the coaches, and the atmosphere Lock Haven brings. Everyone seems great and I love the nature surrounding the area.

Why I chose Lock Haven: I chose Lock Haven because it is the perfect school for me. It has everything I am looking for academically and athletically. The lacrosse team and coaches were so welcoming, and it felt like home immediately when I stepped on the field.
