LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - Lock Haven lacrosse standout Gabby Gunnip was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division Athlete of the Week, the conference office announced on Tuesday.  
 
Gunnip continued her strong start to the season by totaling seven goals, four assists and three draw controls to help The Haven improve to 2-1 on the season.
 
On Wednesday vs. Shippensburg, the senior finished with five goals and two draw controls on Wednesday vs. Shippensburg.
 
Gunnip added six more points on Saturday with two goals and four assists in a 12-8 win over Jefferson. Gunnip also caused a turnover and won a draw control on Saturday. 
 
With her efforts last week, she went over 200-career points through just three games of her senior season.

The Bald Eagles hit the road for the first time this season and will travel to Ohio for a 4 p.m. non-conference game at Tiffin on Wednesday, March 11.
