It was a historic day in the packed Xtreme Arena for the first-ever NCAA Women's Wrestling Championships. 54 teams were represented with national qualifiers.

Azariah Moore became the first Lock Haven women's wrestler to earn NCAA All-American honors. Moore picked up three impressive victories to propel her to All-American honors for the second time in as many years.

Moore opened her day in the 180 lbs. division by earning a 10-0 tech fall over Emmanuel's (GA) Gemma Templeman in 4:09. Moore followed this performance with an impressive 10-0 tech fall over Wisconsin Stevens Point's No. 8-ranked Kara Kuge in 4:10.
