Due to the storms in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania over the past two days, the Lock Haven cross country team has announced updates for the weekend.

Dolan Duals: Lock Haven vs. Penn State 
Both the women (6 p.m.) and the men (6:30 p.m.) will race a 5KM tonight at the West Branch Cross Country Course.

Bear Mountain River Run (Middle & High School Event)
Middle School Boys: 10 a.m.
Middle School Girls: 10:30 p.m.
High School Boys: 11 a.m.
High School Girls: 11:30 p.m.

Fans are encouraged to car pool due to limited parking at the course.
