LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – After two clean sheets that led to a pair of Lock Haven women's soccer victories, goalkeeper Devon Mason was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West Co-Defensive Athlete of the Week, the conference office announced on Tuesday.
 
The freshman recorded a pair of shutouts to lead Lock Haven to a 1-0 victory over Charleston and a 2-0 win against California (Pa.) last week.
 
Mason totaled nine saves, including five against Charleston and four versus California (Pa.), while facing 23 shots across the two matches. She did not surrender a goal in either contest, helping the Bald Eagles secure two important victories.
 
The Bald Eagles enter the week 2-2 overall and 1-1 in the PSAC West.

The Bald Eagles remain on the road and will visit Clarion on Wednesday, Sept. 9 for a PSAC West match at 7 p.m.
