Lock Haven Athletics

2011: Rachel kicked off the season with a solid performance finishing 14^th at the Dolan Duals with a time of 15:06.31 then placed 7^th at the 2011 Division II Challenge with a time of 24:25. At the LHU Invite she finished a great race in 8^th place with a time of 23:02.60 then finished 66^th at the 38^th-annual Paul Short Run with a mark of 23:29. At the Penn State National meet she finished up in 139^th and at the PSAC Championship with a time of 22.27.2 she finished in 33^rd overall. Also helping contribute to the second place overall spot the Lady Eagles locked up at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Championships, Rachel finished up in 30^th overall. She finished up her LHU career with a 125^th place finish at the NCAA Division II National Championships running a 24.04.8.

2010: Finished 21^st at the LHU Invite, and 21^st at the LHU River Run.  Rachel will look to continue improving in 2011.

2009: Placed 35th at the LHU Invitational...57th at the Mountaineer Flatlander Invitational...188th at the Paul Short Run...Competed at the PSAC Championships, placing 107th. 

2008: Consistently in the top 10 for Lock Haven as a freshman…made the PSAC Championships squad, finishing 109th.

In High School: Four-year varsity letter in cross country...one-year varsity letter Indoor track...three-year varsity letter outdoor track...2005 cross country MVP...2008 cross country MVP.
