WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL CSC ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT (NCAA DII)
 
LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Gabby Gealey of the Lock Haven women's volleyball team was named to the 2025 Women's Volleyball College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, the organization announced on Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 16.
 
In the classroom, Gealey secured a 3.63 grade-point-average as an early childhood education major.  
 
On the court, Gealey totaled 68.5 points, 49 kills, 395 assists and two service aces in 27 matches played (10 starts).
 
To be eligible, one must have a 3.50 cumulative grade point average or higher and have competed in 90 percent of the team's total contests or started at least 66 percent. To learn more about the award and its qualification requirements, visit: AcademicAllAmerica.com.
 
The 2025 Academic All-District® teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes volleyball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
