LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Jenadia Jordan of the Lock Haven women's basketball team was tabbed the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division Athlete of the Week, the conference office announced on Monday.
Jordan brought home the 11
th PSAC East Athlete of the Week honor for the Bald Eagles this season – marking a program record.
Jordan did it all in the final week of the regular season.
She kicked off the week by scoring 19 points, grabbing 14 rebounds, blocking three shots and snatching three steals in a 69-56 win at Bloomsburg. Jordan followed that performance with 16 points, 13 rebounds, seven assists and four steals in Lock Haven's 76-60 win over Shippensburg.
The Bald Eagles finished the regular season a perfect 16-0 in PSAC East play for the first time in program history and the first time by anyone in the division since 2018.
The Haven finished the regular season 22-5 overall and 18-3 in the conference, with an impressive 13-1 record at home. Women's basketball has won over 20 games for three consecutive seasons.
Lock Haven earned the Eastern Division's top seed in the upcoming PSAC Tournament and will host the winner of No. 4W Edinboro and No. 5W California (Pa.) inside Thomas Fieldhouse on Wednesday, March 4 (6 p.m.), with a chance to bring the final four back to The Haven with a victory.
