DAYS 1 & 2 RESULTS
SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Lock Haven women's outdoor track and field team completed the second of three days of competition at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Outdoor Championships in Shippensburg, Pa., on Friday (May 1).
Kaydence Strange wrapped the day of competition by finding the podium in the 3000m Steeplechase with a new personal-best.
Strange finished the race with a time of 11:40.70 to take eighth place.
Makayla Grace Weber qualified for tomorrow's finals of the 400m Hurdles. Weber finished with the eighth-best preliminary time of 1:03.92 and guaranteed her spot on the podium.
Kelci Carle also had a strong performance in the event by taking 13th with a 1:05.00.
Samantha Trench finished 10th in the 100m Hurdles prelims. Trench finished in 15.01.
Natalie Gentzel, Carle, Reagan Irons and Weber took 12th in the 4x100m Relay. The Bald Eagle quartet finished the race in 50.83.
Lillian Bradley finished 14th in 100m prelims with a time of 12.28. Bradley also competed in the 200m prelims and finished 22nd with a 25.82.
Mallory Eck placed 15th in the Discus Throw by reaching the mark of 115-5 (35.18m).
Rain Collins and Alexanne Fite competed in the 400m prelims. Collins took 15th with a 59.54 and Fite crossed the finish line in 1:00.07 (19th).
