RICHMOND, Va. – The Lock Haven University men's and women's outdoor track & field teams are in action today and tomorrow (Friday and Saturday, March 30-31) at the Fred Hardy Invite, hosted by Richmond University.

The meet begins today (Friday) with the men's and women's hammer throw (1:30 p.m.). The first running event (3,000 steeplechase) is set for 5 p.m.
