Jamar Billman '02 was a three-time NCAA DI All-American at 142 and 149 pounds.
Billman competed for two seasons at Lock Haven, where he earned All-American honors twice by finishing fifth at 149 pounds at the NCAA championships in 2001 and 2002. He finished his career with 117 wins that highlighted a 117-13 career record. Billman's 90 percent winning percentage ranks him among the best in Lock Haven history.
Billman also won the Eastern Wrestling League (EWL) and Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) championships in 2001 and 2002. As a senior, he posted a 36-4 record and led the Bald Eagles with eight pins. As a junior, he went 25-3 and topped the squad with eight pins.
Billman transferred to Lock Haven from Penn State, where he compiled a 56-6 record, including a 21-0. He earned All-America honors after placing fifth at 142 pounds at the NCAA championships as a true freshman in 1998.
Billman was a two-time PIAA State Champion at Easton High School in 1996 and 1997.
