Jessica Pandolf '14 was the team captain on the Lock Haven women's lacrosse 2014 and 2015 NCAA DII National Runner-Up teams, while earning a spot on the National All-Tournament Team in both seasons.

Pandolf also headlined three PSAC Championship teams (2011, 2014 & 2015) and two NCAA DII Quarterfinalist teams (2011 & 2013).

One of the most decorated players in program history, Pandolf was a three-time National Midfielder of the Year (2013–15), a three-time IWLCA First-Team All-American (2013–15), and a Second-Team All-American in 2011. She earned four consecutive IWLCA South Region First-Team honors, was named PSAC Player of the Year twice (2014, 2015), and received PSAC First-Team (2013–15) and Second-Team (2011) recognition. Pandolf also earned PSAC Rookie of the Year honors in 2011 and was the Division II Honda Award winner.

Nationally, she was selected to the Tewaaraton Watch List and was nominated for Lacrosse Magazine's Player of the Year in 2014 and 2015.

Pandolf ranks among the program's all-time greats, standing second in career goals (262), ground balls (191), caused turnovers (97), and draw controls (343), while ranking sixth in career points (307). She set Lock Haven's single-season goals record with 82 in 2015 and remains second in single-season draw controls and tied for fourth in single-game goals (8).
