Biography

2009: Had a breakout season leading the Bald Eagles...Won the Mountaineer Flatlander Invitational 6k...Finished 5th at the Penn State National Invitational and 39th at the Paul Short Invitational...Led the Eagles to the PSAC crown by winning his first PSAC Cross-Country Championship...Runner-up at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships, earning his second All-Region certificate...Finished 25th at the NCAA National Championships, taking home his first Cross-Country All-American honor. 

2008: After an up and down freshman season, came into his own in 2008…Earned his first All-Region honor with a 7th place finish at the Atlantic Region Championships…placed 12th at the PSAC Championships, garnering All-PSAC honors…capped off the year with a 61st place finish at the NCAA Nationals…finished as runner-up at the Bloomsburg Invitational, Pre-National Meet, and Lock Haven Invitational.

2007: Finished 22nd at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships, 100th at the Penn State National Invitational...

In High School: Merit Roll-Silver Eagle...2-time cross country conference runner of the year...3-time all-star cross country...6 district medals (3 for cross country and 3 for track)...1 state medal for track (1600m)...set school record for the 1600m...participated in Cross Country and Winter/Spring Track.
