Lock Haven Athletics

2009: A key member of the PSAC Championship squad, finished 6th overall for the Haven earning his first All-PSAC honor...Had a strong year, finshing 2nd at the LHU Invitational, 3rd at the Mountaineer Flatlander Invitational, and 10th at the Penn State National Invitational...Finished 22nd at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships...Looks to continue being a strong force in the front of the pack for the Bald Eagles in 2010. 

2008: Another of Lock Haven’s super sophomores, came up big at the end of the season…struggled through the PSAC Championships placing 41st …but had a breakthrough performance earning All-Region honors, placing 14th at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships…finished 151st at the NCAA National Championships.

In High School: Two-time all-state...2007 State Runner-up in 3000m for Track...Class A Champion in the 3000m...Academic All-State...National and Rhode Island Honors Society...Outstanding Senior in Biology.
