2009: Season was marred by injury...Placed 19th at the annual Dolan Duals agasint Penn State...Will be looking to fight for a spot on the postseason squads in the fall. 

2008: Natural mid-distance runner, but earned a spot in the Bald Eagles top seven for the postseason…placed 50th at the PSAC championships...40th at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships…and 172nd at the NCAA National Championships.

2007: Solid freshman competitor for Coach Russell.

In High School: District and state medalist...Citizen's Voice Track and Cross Country All-Star...Times Leader Track and Cross Country All-Star...Coached by John Sobocinski...Also competed in soccer and swimming for the knights...Honors Society Member.
